DATES CONFIRMED FOR THE 2012 EDITION OF THE SUPERYACHT CHALLENGE ANTIGUA Sunday 11th September 2011

The challenge is on in Antigua on January 27th, 28th and 29th 2012 when yachts in excess of 80 feet are invited to participate in an exciting, friendly event – the Superyacht Challenge Antigua!
The SYCA Committee headed by Paul Deeth and Stan Pearson will be hosting three days of spectacular racing with ratings and start times being determined by the familiar Bucket Rule administered by Jim Teeters. The regatta will be sailed under the Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2012 (RRS) - modified and using the Low Point Scoring System.
From a Start/Finish line off the entrance to English Harbour, the course marks for the three 12 - 30 mile (approx) Pursuit Races will be set daily according to the prevailing conditions off the south coast of Antigua.
