Registration for the 2017 Mango Pineapple Culinary Competition hosted by the Antigua and Barbuda Ministry of Tourism is now open!
Do not miss your chance to show off your culinary skills or the skills of a professional chef at your establishment on July 1st, 2017 at the Antigua and Barbuda Hospitality Training Institute.
Last year’s winner was Naomi Thomas representing Ana’s Restaurant and Art Gallery. This year we are searching for the very best in four categories: Meat, Poultry, Seafood/Fish, Dessert.
Get your recipes ready, and submit your registration form before it is too late!! Registration closes on June 15, 2017.
