ANTIGUA YACHT CLUB MARINA RESORT

We have pleasure in advising that we are offering on the market for sale, thirty condominiums located opposite the marina complex on the hillside overlooking the marina and Falmouth Harbour. The condominiums are in six two storey buildings each with five condominiums. The six buildings  are located on either side of a paved red brick driveway which winds up the hillside. Lush landscaping also adds to the overall ambience.

Each condominium building comprises five condominium units on two levels. The lower level comprises two garden studios at either end of the building (approximate floor area 637 sqft), while the upper level has two sea view studios immediately above the garden studios (approximate floor area 679 sqft).
