Security Supervisor
Job Summary:
Oversee the daily security operations and assist in leading our security team, upholding the safety and security of our property, guests and staff Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the daily security operations, including monitoring CCTV systems, patrolling hotel premises, and responding to security incidents.
• Train, mentor, and provide guidance to security staff on safety procedures, emergency protocols, and customer service standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify security risks, safety hazards, and compliance with hotel policies.
• Manage access control systems, key management, and visiter registration processes to ensure restricted access arcas are secure.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and hotel management during security incidents or emergencies.
• Investigate security breaches, accidents, and disturbances, and report findings to management for resolution.
• Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Monitor security measures to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to the property.
Our ideal candidate must possess:
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a security department, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a security team
• Sound knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, anciscurity technology (CCTV access control systems).
• Experience in conducting secunty investigations. Writing reports, and maintaining accurate records
• Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to security and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a dynamie ensionment with Mexibility to adapt to changing security needs and schedules.
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent, addional certification in secunty management is a plus.
• Proficiency in using security software. Microsoft Ofice applcations, and communestion devices.
