INTO THE WILD
Friday 18th February 2022

Over the last week the EAG team has been on the go and has gone Into the Wild!

Under their Offshore Islands Conservation Programme (OICP), their Floating Classroom has taken thousands of children and teachers to the offshore islands to experience the unique wildlife and ecosystems that exist there. Due to the pandemic they were not able to have this important interaction with the schools hence they adjusted to the times, shifted their thinking and our virtual experience came to life!

As a three-part episodic series, Into the Wild with the EAG consists of student activity booklets, and teacher’s resource guides carefully tailored for Grade 4 classes across primary schools in Antigua & Barbuda!

The three episodes will take students and their teacher on an exciting and educational journey to our Offshore Islands, through our Marvelous Mangroves, and on an Underwater Adventure.

This initiative would not have been possible without funding from the Sandals Foundation!

If you haven't had the chance to view the episodes, visit and please subscribe to their YouTube channel, Environmental Awareness Group Antigua or see the link here!

Also if you wish to volunteer on any of their projects, send them an email at eagantigua@gmail.com.
