EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR WILDLIFE ENTHUSIASTS Wednesday 13th October 2010
The Sustainable Island Resource Management Mechanism (SIRMM) is a full size Global Environmental Facility (GEF) project, and is working towards the preparation of an integrated management plan for the southwest region of Antigua. Do you want to get help with SIRMM's work and gain research experience?
Volunteers are expected to assist in spotting, netting and tagging of animals and any other activities the chief researchers would require them to complete. Because much of the work may be intensive and would be conducted at night we are requesting that volunteers be over the age of 18, we can accommodate 4 volunteers per trip.
Dates are: October 15th, 17th, 19th, and 21st. Contact the EAG at 462-6236, at eag@candw.ag, or click here to sign up now. Don't miss out on the adventurous opportunity!
