Cocobay Resort has an immediate opening for a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Reservations & Guest Services Agent
Applicants must possess:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Administrative and organizational skills necessary for multi tasking in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in the use of Digital and Social Media platforms
- Good written & verbal command of the English Language
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work independently as well as part of team
- Proven experience in the Hospitality Industry.

VACANCY – LINE COOK
Cocobay Resort has an immediate opening for a highly motivated individual to fill the position of LINE COOK.
Applicants must have:
- A minimum of three years' experience in the hospitality sector is required, as is the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
- A suitable certification or training in a relevant subject would be advantageous
- Clean Police Record
- A quick learner
- A great personality
- Have exceptional guest service abilities
- Grilling experience is a bonus
- A valid food handler's certificate
- COVID vaccination is required

VACANCY- PASTRY ASSISTANT
Cocobay Resort has an immediate opening for a highly motivated individual to fill the position of PASTRY ASSISTANT.
Responsibilities
• Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, tart, bread, chocolates etc. following traditional and modern recipes
• Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of our guest
• Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
• Minimum three years proven experience as a pastry assistant, baker or relevant role
• Great attention to detail and creativity
• Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
• In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition
• Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugar free etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
