ANTIGUA CARNIVAL

As the momentum builds and we look towards the staging of our premier festival, Antigua's Carnival, the National Festivals Office- NFO in collaboration with the Carnival Development Committee- CDC is stepping up its plans to make this year's festivities a successful and memorable one under the slogan Bring Your Family, Tell a Friend, Antigua's Carnival 2010.

To maintain that the festivities are truly successful, the NFO is presently distributing and accepting completed registration forms for and from contestants who are desirous of participating in the various competitions which form part of The Caribbean's Greatest Summer Festival.

Participants for Queen of Carnival, Party Monarch and Calypso Monarch are kindly asked to take note that, ALL completed applications forms for Carnival 2010 must be accompanied by a proof of citizenship of Antigua and Barbuda.

Such Registration Forms are available at the NFO, 1st Floor Pigotts Mall, Corner of Market and Redcliffe Streets during business hours (Mondays to Thursdays 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and on Fridays 8:00 am to 3:00pm.)

Registration deadline for all the various disciplines is Thursday April 30, 2010. Delegates registering for the Queen of Carnival, deadline is Monday March 29, 2010.

Registration for Teen Splash, Junior Calypso, Junior Party Monarch and Junior Mas will be conducted at the respective schools desirous of been represented.
