CARNIVAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE INVITES TENDERS FOR PROVISION OF SERVICES Tuesday 24th April 2012
The Carnival Development Committee invites Tenders for the provision of the following equipment and services for Carnival 2012:
1. Roof, Light and Sound.
2. The Construction of Carnival Stage
3. The Provision of Security Services
Interested Individuals/Companies are asked to send tenders in securely sealed envelopes to the attention of the Chairman of the Carnival Development Committee Mr. Kayode O’Marde, in care of the Ministry of Legal Affairs, Government Office Complex, Parliament Drive, St. John’s Antigua.
Tenders must include service and equipment to be provided along with total cost of this service and equipment where required.
Closing date for the receipt of tenders is Friday, May 4, 2012 at 12 noon.
