The villa, which is a 5-minute drive from English Harbour's beaches and dining options, includes four double bedrooms, all of which have air conditioning, as well as a large kitchen, sitting room, and gallery that is ideal day and night.
Utilities include WiFi, TV, Bluetooth music speaker, an automatic generator, and two large freshwater tanks for bathing and laundry. The kitchen opens directly onto the gallery and the dining area has a new Bosch oven, microwave, juicer, dishwashing machine, water cooler and fridge freezer.
One bedroom sits on the upper level and again opens directly onto the gallery. The other three bedrooms are on the lower level and enjoy fantastic views of the sea over the lower gallery as well as direct access to a large swimming pool with plenty of seats and shade (as well as a bathroom, shower, and refrigerator). The bottom floor has three bathrooms, two of which are ensuites with outdoor (enclosed) showers.
Parking is ample, the gardens are lovely, and the whole place is secure.
