“We have been coming to Antigua for many years now, staying at Blue Waters hotel, just up the road from Weatherills. We have tried most of the nice restaurants on the island by now. Weatherill’s was a recent discovery, and one we are delighted to have made. The location is outstanding, the service and food were just great, and prices are very reasonable compared to other similar restaurants. We were very lucky that our two visits this week coincided with their music evening (on a Thursday) and an annual event celebrating Antigua's cultural heritage. And they do a great Negroni! In short, we'll be back!”

"Amaizing Family Spot"

“We had dinner at Weatherill’s with our family and had a wonderful experience. We were greeted with friendly, entertaining service—Michelle was especially great. We started with the fries, which were amazing! Easily the best I’ve ever had, and for $20, it’s worth every penny. My only suggestion would be to serve a little more. The lemonade and Margarita were disappointing though; the Margarita was average and the lemonade, while fresh, lacked flavor. The bread and spring rolls were excellent, especially the spring rolls. Then, the main course came and it was fantastic! The creamy chicken Alfredo was delicious, the chicken was perfect, and the penne pasta was just right. The shrimp linguini was fantastic too, even though I’m not usually a fan of linguini. The miso-glazed salmon was also a highlight—enough for three people! Overall, the service was top-notch, the food was incredible, but the drinks could use some work.”
