Position: Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a supervisor or head of housekeeping & laundry in 4+ star hotels.
• Adaptability to a range of activities and being an effective team worker who prioritizes, organizes, guides, and follows up.
• A clear thinker who remains calm and resolves problems with good communication skills with room attendants, the front desk team, and guests.
• Fit, energetic, efficient, and organized with an eye for detail.
• Ability to drive is a plus as the property is spread over 2 distinct areas.
• The supervisor must lead, motivate, train, and supervise a team while being hands-on.
• Knowledge and experience in room, public area, laundry, guest service to 4+ star standards, and thorough room checks.
