The Antigua and Barbuda Citizenship-by-Investment Act (CIP) was passed by the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda on March 28, 2013, allowing foreign nationals to acquire citizenship of Antigua and Barbuda by making certain levels of investment within the guidelines of the relevant laws and regulations.

One of the ways to acquire citizenship is the Real Estate option where the applicant makes an investment in real estate with a minimum value of US$400,000.00.  Applicants may also invest in other approved real estate projects in tourism and residential in addition to other approved commercial or industrial projects.
