It’s their Sivets Fluid Bed Roaster, otherwise known as ‘The Bean Machine’.
The Sivetz system lifts the beans on a fluidized bed of hot air, keeping the beans moving and not scorching on hot surfaces as traditional roasters can sometimes do.
Witness the magic for yourself. Their main shop/coffee shop is open Mon- Friday 8am- 4pm.
Stop by, grab a coffee to go, or stay and enjoy the view with a beverage and a sweet treat. Serving a whole range of specialty coffee, teas and snacks.
