SIR REGINALD SATISFIED WITH CLASSIC Tuesday 7th May 2013

Sir Reginald Samuel is pleased to be associated with the staging of the Track & Field Classic named in his honour. Sir Reginald who graced the Meet with his presence on Saturday, May 4 and Sunday, May 5, at the YASCO Track was greeted by CPTSA officials and students of University of the Fraser Valley who had volunteered to serve at the Meet. Sir Reginald also presented medals to some of the track & field winners.
Meanwhile, the Meet was used as part of a four day IAAF Starters Course conducted by Alfred Douglas, IAAF Instructor. The Course, although delaying the two day Event, was a most welcome one and gave credit to the professional running of the Meet. Despite the inclement weather, especially on Sunday, and a few other hiccups, and late finish, the Meet was successfully completed. The CPTSA says thanks to all those who supported, especially Gridlock Security for its services.
Results of the 5th Annual Sir Reginald Samuel Track & Field Classic will be posted later on. Click here for all News and Specials for CPTSA Wings Sports Club
