Although Wings started the game with confidence, and gained a 5 points lead, by the end of the first quarter, Guyana crept to take a 1 point lead 11 –10.

For Wings, Robertine Frederick sank 13 pts, 10 rebs, and 3 assts, while team-mate, Kennesia Cabral chipped in 10 pts, with 4 steals.
