We are the largest distributor of consumer goods in Antigua, providing a wide variety of choices from general merchandise to home improvement categories and wholesaler of foods items.
The Consumer Product department manages over 2000 active inventory items. Cuvee Brydens Wine Club
Our wine club - Cuvee, is actively involved in hosting various activities including wine tastings, tapas and wine events, and wine degustation dinners, among others. The aim of Cuvee is to create enjoyable and educational experiences matching two of our greatest treasures – wine and gastronomy. We endeavour to prepare delectable selections of small plates inspired by the tastes of the wine region that we are presenting, perfectly complemented with some of the finest wines from the wineries. Many of these family-run wineries are famed for being modern in style yet deeply rooted in tradition.

Food Services Division
We are a broad-line foodservice distributor with an extensive inventory of refrigerated, frozen, dry food and food items at competitive prices and consistent quality.
Brydens Foodservice division operates from a well-maintained multi-temperature controlled 6,000 square foot facility located in the southern section of the main complex on Anchorage Rd. Our location provides accessibility to walk-in clients, major ports and easy dispatching of customer orders.
We deliver to restaurants, hotels, yachts, coffee shops, delicatessens, schools, cafeterias, caterers and healthcare facilities, all of whom require value-assured products and services in a timely manner.
Our team comprises of a group of qualified professionals, most with decades of experience in sales, marketing & logistics. We invest in state-of-the-art technology and training to ensure that our staff is well-equipped to serve our clients.
We carry over 8,000 products available for pick-up & delivery Monday- Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm. During the tourist season (October-April) we understand the demands of our clients and have opted to open on Saturdays from 8:00am-12:00pm to accommodate surplus business activity.

Health & Wellness Division
The Health & Wellness Department formally known as the Pharmaceutical Division is one of the founding divisions at Brydens Antigua. Servicing the entire private trade with pharmaceutical products. We are also one of the largest suppliers of pharmaceuticals to the Government of Antigua and Barbuda through the Medical Benefits Scheme and Mount St. John’s Hospital.
We have a large portfolio providing institutional pharmaceuticals, private pharmaceuticals, OTC, hair and skin care and a range of cosmetics. We represent international pharmaceutical companies such as Novartis, Alcon, Sandoz, Astra Zeneca, Roche, Carlisle Labs, Sanofi Aventis, and Collins.
The Pharmaceutical Team is made up of highly dedicated professionals and includes a Registered Nurse, Pharmacist and Medical Representative catering to the needs of the people of Antigua and Barbuda.
