Possibly one of the most unique settings for a little intimate garden inn with holiday cottages and rooms such as “Palm Cottage”, “Coco Cottage” and “Banana Cottage” as well as the “Flamboyant Treehouse Room” and the “Courtyard Room”.
Located on Antigua’s north coast in a cul de sac at Hodges Bay just five minutes away from Dickenson Bay, Jabberwock Beach, Kitesurf Antigua, Cedar Valley Golf Course and The American University of Antigua, and ten minutes from St. Johns and the airport, this little cottage inn reflects the true spirit of Caribbean architecture and outdoor living.
Lagoon pool, private decks and a different table for breakfast for each day of the week, make this property a perfect setting for a truly Caribbean experience. The mature landscape includes Neem, Mahogany, Cassuarina, Flamboyant trees throughout the garden including a wide variety of palms and flowers.

Palm Cottage is the new luxury one bedroom cottage located directly on the pool. It has a four poster king size bed, indoor and outdoor showers, air-conditioner, ceiling fans, cable TV and internet access. Separate living room/kitchen and large patio with outside dining table. Two bicycles with helmets also provided.
Coco Cottage is a one bedroom cottage with four poster king size bed and outdoor courtyard shower with its own kitchen/living area. Bedroom has air-conditioner and ceiling fan, cable TV and internet access.
Banana Cottage is a one bedroom studio cottage with a queen bed, shower, living/kitchen area and patio. Air-conditioned, ceiling fan, cable TV and internet access.
The Flamboyant Treehouse Room is a one bedroom elevated garden room with king bed, shower and outdoor deck, mini-fridge, ceiling fan, cable TV and internet access.
The Courtyard Room is connected to the main house with its own entrance, queen size four poster bed, bathroom with shower, ceiling fan and internet access.
Peter, born in Germany, has lived most of his life in the Caribbean and due to his professional career has traveled most of the islands extensively (with the exception of one or two) and has embraced their cultural differences and therefore many a story to tell – mostly during a good glass of wine in the inn’s courtyard. Kathy, grew up in several Caribbean islands considers herself a lover of the smaller islands.
Join us for breakfast on the decks, barbeques of fresh seafood or just a sundowner in the courtyard which can also be made available for special occasions such as wedding, private dinners and parties.
Cottages are self-catering with continental breakfast and dinners on request. Room rates include continental breakfast with dinners on request.
