HUB DOT ANTIGUA LAUNCH
Thursday 9th June 2016

The Revolutionary New Way for Women to Connect Goes Caribbean

Antigua and Barbuda and the Caribbean joins the Hub Dot revolution on Thursday, June 16 2016, from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm at Papa’s, Falmouth with launch of the Antigua and Barbuda Ville. As part of the Hub Dot global community, over 100 women will experience an evening of inspiration and storytelling; and no-labels connections.

Hub Dot began as a gathering of 98 friends around Founder and Chief Energy Officer (CEO) Simona Barbieri's kitchen table (The KT) in London 3 years ago. Today, it is a global community of over 16,000 women in 14 cities dotted all over the world. There are more than 60 cities waiting to host a Hub Dot event. How exciting that Antigua is next!

At the core of Hub Dot is the mission to revolutionise the way women network, no matter their age or stage of life. Hub Dot uses the concept of the Italian piazza to create a space for authentic connections and to bring storytelling back to the centre of society.

Five ‘mind sets’, represented by coloured Dots help everyone break the ice and get to know each other with open hearts and open minds. The Dots enable everyone, however shy, to bond; and to move swiftly on to connecting, supporting and inspiring each other, exchanging contacts, wisdom and expertise.
That’s what we call Alchemy at Hub Dot.
“Come on Pick a Dot and let your Dot Alchemy begin...Ciao, Simona”

Hub Dot’s Caribbean journey started in the summer of 2015 with Nicole Antonio-Gadsdon meeting Simona Barbieri at The KT. From that discussion, an idea to bring the Hub Dot experience to Antigua formed with Nicole deciding to start on the adventure to make it a reality. She reached out to Sally Davis and Brenda Lee Browne. They loved the concept and soon joined Nicole on this magical journey. Together Nicole, Sally and Brenda-Lee are the organisers leading the Hub Dot Antigua – Caribbean Launch.
