On Monday, August 21st at approximately 2:21 pm, residents will be treated to a rare and remarkable experience, witnessing a partial eclipse. Safety is paramount in observing this astronomical phenomenon and as such local Optometrist, Dr. Jillia Bird advises that viewers will need proper eye protection. Read this publication to see where you can get your pair of safety glasses free of charge.
