Totaling five bedrooms (all with Air Conditioning), the main house features three very generous, beautifully finished bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys a private terrace, with picture postcard views overlooking Falmouth Harbour. Two further bedrooms in the main house, are delightfully bright and cool and share a family bathroom, which features a stunning large open greenstone shower.
Entering the main house up an impressive stone staircase, the fabulous main entrance transports you into a tropical oasis, leading into a spacious handcrafted open plan kitchen, featuring a stunning one-of-a-kind, varnished, mahogany breakfast bar. The living area, the heart of the house, accented with Trinidadian mahogany beams, and natural limestone floors, flows effortlessly onto the expansive verandah.
A garden bedroom, situated underneath the magnificent L-shaped verandah of the main house, provides a complete private space, offering it’s own kitchen and bathroom, and a shaded terracotta-tiled terrace for dining and relaxing. A fifth and equally sumptuous bedroom is situated in an independent, poolside cottage, featuring a luxurious en-suite bathroom and it’s own wrap-around verandah.
The main house is complemented by a sizeable pool area and sun deck, built from local stone. Carved from the hillside, impressive natural stone terraces create the most unique sunbathing spot, adding to the properties charm and character. Cocktails and sunsets can be enjoyed in the shade of the poolside Gazebo, which offers spectacular views out towards Montserrat and Guadeloupe.

This vacation rental is also ideal for intimate wedding receptions or functions for 20-80 persons with spacious living and entertaining areas.
