ANTIGUA’S YACHTING INSIDER CELEBRATES ITS 1ST ANNIVERSARY Wednesday 14th September 2011
ANTIGUA'S YACHTING INSIDER IS ONE YEAR OLD!
Welcome to our 1st Anniversary issue of Antigua’s Yachting Insider. It’s hard to believe that it has already been a year since we started this publication and we’re amazed at how quickly our subscriber list has grown. This is our 19th issue and we’re delighted that the newsletter is being read on a regular basis in countries all over the world! It’s exciting to note that people in so many far-reaching locations have an ongoing interest in yachting in Antigua.
Storms have been very kind to us so far this season and we can only hope that good luck will continue. We have not been so lucky, however, with the mysterious Sargasso Seaweed. It has created havoc in some areas of Antigua, particularly in Mamora Bay where the St. James’ Club Resort has had to close down for a month to do a big clean up. Eli Fuller of Adventure Antigua has done extensive research in an effort to explain this mystery and we are pleased to reproduce his blog in this issue for those who want to discover more about this interesting phenomenon.
