Dieppe Bay House is a beautiful sea front villa set in an acre of tropical gardens in an off the beaten track location in the south of Antigua. Only five minutes drive to local shops and restaurants, the house has stunning views across Falmouth Harbour to the distant masts of the yacht clubs An acre of garden gives the villa lots of outdoors space and includes a gorgeous pool with sundeck, gazebo, rustic beach BBQ area, sun terrace and lawn leading down to the sea.

A full refurbishment has been carried out for the 2016 season. This brings a much larger outdoor covered terrace overlooking the pool; a larger second bedroom suite; a new cinema room/study; and full redecoration throughout.

Three of the bedrooms have private terraces and two with four poster beds All bedrooms have ensuite bath/shower room and air conditioning. There is a newly built one bedroom guest cottage in the garden complete with walk in shower and double ended free standing bath. Monday to Friday maid service is included along with a gardener/pool service and on call property manager. The house is well suited for families and has Cable TV with DVD library, games, books and CD collection. Cooks/provisioning/baby sitting can all be arranged at additional cost.

The garden has an ‘island’ feel to it – planted with banana, coconut, mango, papaya, hibiscus, flamboyant, sea grape and may other indigenous plants. Some well established palm and almond trees provide welcome shade from the strong sun. A large level lawn area doubles up as cricket pitch, football field and many other uses! The attractive 30ft pool, just a few steps from the house, has a natural feel with a river pebble border and wide stone decking. It is well protected by shrubs and plants and there are plenty of comfortable sun loungers. The pool gazebo provides a shady spot and a garden shower. The house is set in extensive gardens leading down to the sea. Where the garden meets the beach, a secluded barbecue area has been created with a decked gazebo, dining table, home-made rustic benches and a hammock.
