Wake up to the cooling breeze from the Atlantic Ocean, take a few steps along a path to where the turquoise water laps the rocks, and step into the gorgeous bay right on your doorstep. Take time out to indulge your senses. Smell the ocean, feel the water and warm sun on your skin, listen to the waves, gaze out over the incredibly blue ocean vista. That is what your escape to “Song of the Sea” Bed and Breakfast is all about.

This accommodation is truly a hidden jewel, part of a property on a small, secluded bay. Designed to host only two guests at a time, you will be assured of personalized and helpful – but not intrusive – attention. The bed and breakfast suite has a private entrance, garden shower, and patio overlooking the water. Breakfasts are generous, and are served on an upstairs gallery overlooking sea, reef, and a natural-style garden. A microwave oven, coffee pot and small refrigerator are provided for your convenience.* The suite is purposely without television, and is cooled naturally by the trade winds. Internet connection is available in the main house, should you require it.

‘Song of the Sea’ is an idyllic place for nature lovers. Besides swimming, snorkelling and star-gazing, there are also good hikes along the coast. It is perfect, too, as a retreat for writers and artists. There is an artist’s studio on site where you would be welcomed to view and/or purchase art.

Because of its unique location, a rental car is necessary. Located on the northeast coast of Antigua, ‘Song of the Sea’ is close to both natural and other attractions: Devil’s Bridge, Long Bay Beach, Half Moon Bay, Stingray City (swim with stingrays!), kayaking, and Betty’s Hope historical site. Restaurants nearby include Barrow’s Beach Bar, Long Bay Beach restaurant, and Mama Pasta’s Italian restaurant.

Guests should be aware that there are dogs on the property.
