About Mindful Movement
Mindful Movement offers a range of exciting classes and fitness programs at various locations in Antigua.
The main goal is to help one achieve an enhanced quality of life through:
• Weight loss and/or weight management
• Core strengthening and stretching
• Increased endurance and overall body conditioning
• Preventing and/or managing high blood pressure
• Reducing stress through regular exercise and healthy eating
Managing Director, Sumita Balooja is a certified personal trainer and also the co ordinator of successful large group programs. Fitness Madness, an Annual National Health, Fitness and Wellness fitness challenge, focus not only weight loss but also an overall improved Health and Wellbeing. Mindful Movement also works in collaboration with MSJMC and their efforts to promote and encourage health, fitness and wellness.
