Certified Personal Trainer, Sumita Balooja and her team at Mindful Movement offer a range of exciting classes and fitness programmes at various locations in Antigua.
The main goal is to help one achieve an enhanced quality of life through:

- Increased endurance and overall body conditioning
- Preventing and/or managing high blood pressure.
- Reducing stress through regular exercise and healthy eating.
Sumita Balooja has worked on several successful large group programmes which include Mindful Movement - Fitness Madness, a national Summer fitness challenge focused not only on preparing revelers for Mass and Carnival costumes. This challenge encourages persons to commit to movement for a period of eight to ten weeks engaging in various types of exercises. Mindful Movement also works in collaboration with MSJMC and their efforts to promote and encourage health, fitness and wellness. Sumita Baooja and her team of Certified Instructors and Health Care Providers facilitate and design a well balanced, yet challenging workout, for persons of various ages and personal goals.
