Bob MacKinnon has more than 30 years of coaching and scouting experience on the collegiate and professional levels.
In his first season coaching the Los Angeles D-Fenders, MacKinnon led the D-Fenders to the NBA Development League Western Division title, compiling the 2nd best record in the league (31 – 19).

The D-Fenders set numerous scoring records along the way and finished the season as one of the most prolific scoring teams in league history. The D-Fenders also had 4 players receive NBA Call-ups: Malcolm Thomas (San Antonio Spurs), Manny Harris (Los Angeles Lakers), Shawne Williams (Los Angeles Lakers) and James Southerland (New Orleans Pelicans).

As Senior Director of Basketball Operations International at the National Basketball Association (NBA), Troy Justice is focused on increasing the NBA’s international growth through the design and implementation of strategic basketball initiatives. Troy coordinated basketball operations for the 1st annual Basketball without Borders Global Camp held during NBA All-Star weekend in 2015.
