DIGICEL INTRODUCES ONLINE SERVICESTuesday 17th February 2015
Digicel recently introduced an online service which will offer customers a convenient way to pay their Digicel bills, check their balance or top up their accounts.
The service can be accessed either from the Digicel Antigua and Barbuda website or “My Digicel App”. Customers who visit the website can check their balance, review their current plans, receive the latest Digicel updates or make a payments to their account online in a safe and secure environment. Customers who use the My Digicel App can download the app on their smartphones and once they have registered their account, they can access all the features of their accounts as they would on the website.
Having ‘real-time’ access to their account information is crucial for customers who need to make payments or changes to their accounts on the go without having to visit a Digicel store.
“We’re always looking for ways to deliver the very best service and with Digicel Online, we are doing just that,” said Digicel Antigua and Barbuda LTE Manager, Patrice Christian-Simon. “The convenience and access of the Digicel website or My Digicel App will make it even easier for customers to top up, check their balance, make changes to their accounts and pay their bills – all in a secure online environment.”
