Digicel launched its Brighten Someone’s Christmas Campaign which will reward over EC$100,000 in cash and prizes. The total prize amount includes a $50,000 cash component. Every week, for the life of the campaign, Digicel will select one lucky winner to receive EC$10,000 cash. Customers will also have the opportunity to win free phones, free data packages, free credit and free 4G LTE Internet service.

Another great element to the campaign will be the #BrighterChristmas Facebook contest. For this contest, Digicel will be asking Facebook fans to nominate extraordinary individuals within their lives. These individuals could be friends or family members who have made a significant impression on their life. Digicel is asking persons to think beyond their own needs and help them in rewarding individuals who make personal sacrifices every day. A winner will be announced every week beginning November 22. The weekly value of the prize will be EC$1,300.

The celebration of Brighten Someone’s Christmas will continue until December 21, 2013. There will be five road shows across Antigua and Barbuda. These road shows will offer entertainment for the children such as bounce castle, movie night and array of games. Each $10,000 winner will also be announced at the weekly road shows.
