Jehoshaphat “Joe” Bachelor who walked away with $12,400 in cash is Digicel’s third winner in the Cash or More Cash TV game show which was aired on ABS TV last night.

 

It took the villa resident only 60 seconds to grab the cash and ensure that he and his family would have a bigger, better Christmas this year.

 

It was bitter sweet moment for Joe at first, after leaving the cash vault thinking he hadn’t grabbed as much as he would have liked to – but later learned his efforts paid off greatly.

 

His eyes beamed with excitement when he realised his winnings, saying; “I thought I got less than $12,400, so it’s a fantastic surprise to know that I actually won this much. A big thank you to Digicel for this opportunity – this win has brought me closer to my dream of buying a boat for a sightseeing tour around the islands.”

 

Alden Campbell, George Murray, and the lone female on this week’s show, Celestine Roberts, were unable to defeat Joe’s 2600 points and as such, their chances to enter the cash vault were dashed. However, they did not walk away empty-handed, taking $500 call credit each as a consolation prize.

 

Digicel Commercial Manager, Janice Sutherland, congratulated Joe on a job well done and briefly spoke about the final game show which will take place at Digicel Christmas Jam Session party on Friday 23^rd December. “Next week is our final show and we plan to make it even more impressive than our previous shows.

To date, there are three lucky winners – Keshannah Browne who won $9,000, Nikesha Nicholas who won $14,000 and last night’s winner, Jehoshaphat “Joe” Bachelor who took home $12,400, plus free weekends for postpaid customers, $5 free credit to all prepaid customers which all amounts to over $300,000 Digicel has given away in its Christmas promotion.
