NEW SERVICE REDUCES THE WAITING TIME FOR BILL PAYMENTSTuesday 31st January 2012
As part of ongoing plans to improve the customer service experience for bill payers, Digicel announced an expansion in the number of locations customers can now pay their postpaid accounts. In a joint initiative with E-Solutions (Antigua) Inc, customers now have the opportunity to pay their bills at anyone of seven convenient outlets.
Janice Sutherland, Commercial Manager, Digicel said “Our goal is always to be innovative in finding ways to improve our service. We’re delighted to be offering this facility to all postpaid customers. Customers also have the convenience of paying their bills out of hours as these locations can take payment whenever they’re open.”
