Condace Samuel celebrating

All Saints resident Condace Samuel drove away in a brand new Kia Soul car after claiming the prize in Digicel’s Heart & Soul promotion draw at Sugar Ridge Hotel in St. John’s on February 14th,2011.

 

Ms Samuel was one of five finalists who were selected from thousands of entries primarily from persons who sent in texts since the promotion began January 21^st, 2011.

 

Each finalist had to select one of five heart shaped cushions which were branded ‘heart and soul’. While each cushion had a magnet, only two of them were magnetized to stick to the car. Condace Samuel and Zekiah Smith were the two lucky finalists who moved on to the second round where they had to choose one of two keys, only one of which was the correct key to open the car.

 

Condace jumped and screamed in excitement when she realized Zekiah’s key didn’t open the car and only when she was able to calm down was she able to proceed to the car and open the door with her key.

 

Her fiancée also joined her on set to celebrate with her as their happiness could not be contained.

 

Condace thanked Digicel and everyone for the support, saying “I’m really happy that I won this car because I came here knowing that I would win”.

 

John Delves, General Manager of Digicel, congratulated Condace, who not only won a new car, but also free insurance for a year from Kenneth A. Gomez & Sons. Delves also reminded the other finalists - Lisette Francis of Pigotts, Lance Warner – Parham and Raisa Pringle – Villa – that it’s not over yet and they still have a chance to win another Kia Soul car in Digicel’s next promotion scheduled to begin shortly.
