DIGICEL TO RECTIFY BILLING ERROR ON LTE HOME INTERNETMonday 20th November 2017
Friday November 17, 2017: St. John’s Antigua: Digicel would like to advise our LTE Home Internet customers that an error in Digicel’s billing platform has resulted in incorrect charges being posted to their accounts. The source of the error has been identified and the necessary credits, valued between $3.11 and $5.85 and are currently being applied to all customer accounts.
Customers visiting all Digicel locations can make enquires with the customer care team, should they require additional information.
Digicel would like to sincerely apologise to our customers and thank them for their understanding with regards to this unfortunate occurrence .
