Wednesday, November 15, 2017- St. John’s Antigua: On November 1, Digicel introduced a new team of customer care agents in both our Hills Park and Redcliffe Street Stores. The team, headed by Athena Joseph will play a critical role in delivering after sales support to all Digicel customers on island.
Customers with queries related to their mobile or Home Internet LTE account can speak directly to the team. These queries can range from postpaid bill enquiries and account charges, to Data plan activations for prepaid and upgrades for LTE Home Internet plans. Customers are encouraged to visit the team at either store locations or call 736-1013 or 736-1014.
Janice Sutherland CEO of Digicel Antigua is pleased to see the team in place and remarked that, “It is important for us to change the way we do business to ensure that we meet the needs of our customers. Having the Care team in place ensures that customers with specific questions on their accounts will not stand in line with customers having other transactions such as Top Up or bill payments. This will allow for better in store operations”.
Athena Joseph commented that, “We are ready to help our customers be it online or in store. The team will also welcome your feedback as we continue to evaluate our performance with a focus on offering the absolute best service.”
The customer care team will operate from 8am to 5pm at both Digicel store locations.
