DIGICEL DEBUTS A NEW EXPERIENCE AT REDCLIFFE STREETWednesday 4th October 2017
Wednesday, October 4th, 2017 - St. John’s, Antigua: Customers in St. John’s now have a new ‘experience’ in communications, courtesy of Digicel. The total communications and entertainment provider will proudly opened the doors to its new retail Experience store at Redcliffe Street in St. John’s on October 4th.
Located on the ground level of the Philip John Building on the corner of Redcliffe and Market Streets, the store boasts 11 team members all trained to facilitate all Digicel customer requests.
Digicel’s Experience store features a new design concept for the brand’s retail outlet and as CEO Janice Sutherland notes, “We are proud be in the first batch of Digicel territories who have implemented the new design.”
Sutherland continues, “We have introduced ‘Smart Serve’ in our Experience Stores which is an intelligent digital queue and customer flow management system. This will significantly reduce wait times, provide a flexible shopping experience and greatly increase the quality of service we are able to deliver. In addition, it will also provide us with intelligence on customer requests, service times and agent performance so that we can monitor and improve processes.”
Visitors to the experience store on Wednesday the 4th of October will enjoy double the credit on all Top Up made between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with a minimum value of $20.
Digicel’s Experience Store will open Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm.
