Executive Chef Andrew Jean of Carmichael’s restaurant has finally released his new tasting menu. Of the concept he says, ‘This is for foodies like me who want to taste a selection from the menu and get to know what the Chef’s style of cooking is’. If this is your thing you won’t be disappointed.
The latest tasting menu include seafood staples of crab bisque and curried shrimp with delicacies such as braised rabbit ravioli and a dessert of sushi coconut. Of course if you prefer to choose A La Carte, chef has released the latest menu for Carmichaels’ for the season. We love the caramelized onion and Roquefort cheese tart and Beef Wellington.
