This month, Carmichael's Restaurant high atop the hill  at Sugar Ridge Resort is introducing a 3-course fixed-price menu that should please not palates but also pocketbooks.  Patrons can choose from the regular ala carte menu or this new value-added one.

The dining experience includes luscious starters, entrees and desserts, and includes a vegetarian option for the entree. The full menu is presented below. 
It's a delicious assortment at a great price of only US$50, or EC$135, plus ABST and service charge.
