Dinner at Carmichael's is romantic year round, with stunning sunsets and incredible panoramic views of Antigua, but for Valentine's we have created a menu which will tantalize your taste buds. Listen to music from Foster Joseph in the style of Nat King Cole and choose from oysters, char grilled beef tenderloin, slow poached salmon and other delicious dishes and don't forget desert; the pot of love or the way to the heart will be sure to fill you full of romantic intentions. The cost is US$140 per couple (subject to service and taxes), including a complimentary  glass of champagne on entry and all couples who dine with us will be entered into a draw for the chance to win  an overnight stay for two in a deluxe king with plunge pool and complimentary breakfast the next morning.

 

Diners who want a truly intimate and romantic experience can opt to book one of only three private gazebo. Personal service and no spying eyes will allow you to enjoy an evening together without interruption. There will be an additional US$40 charge for a gazebo.

 

 

In the Sugar Club, choose from scallop and king prawn, free range chicken, sirloin of steak, mahi mahi and dare to finish up with a taste of Seduction or Healthy Love Making for desert. Entertainment will be provided by Triple Feature and the evening will cost US$95 per couple (plus tax and service). All diners will be entered into a draw for the chance to win an overnight stay for two in a deluxe king with plunge pool and complimentary breakfast the next morning.

 

 

LOVE TO MAKE A NIGHT OF IT?

Stay in a deluxe king including romantic plunge pool for the weekend before Valentine's, during the Jolly Harbour Valentine's Regatta and Rum Festival on the 8th and 9th of February, or on Valentine's Night for a special rate of US$250 per couple (plus tax and service). Rooms are limited, so please be sure to reserve ahead of time.

 

SPA BLISS

 

In the Aveda Spa, the team believe Valentine's should be celebrated year round and for the entire month of February they are ready to pamper you. Choose from Bit of Bliss: a 30 minute Elemental Facial , 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage and shampoo and blow dry will cost only US$99. Or enjoy a full Elemental Facial and a deep conditioning treatment including shampoo and blow dry will cost only US$110 (a saving of US$25). Rates are subject to tax and service. Gift certificates are also available if you prefer to treat your partner to a gift that they chose for themselves.

 
 

 

If sushi is one of the loves of YOUR life, indulge yourself during the Jolly Harbour Valentine's Regatta and Rum Festival. On Friday 8th February the Sugar Club Sushi Bar will be fixing fresh sushi to order as part of Rum and Bites.  PARTY ON FOR THE WEEKEND

 For music loves, the Mansion Valentine's Party will take place on Saturday 16th February.  Cover charge on the door is EC$25 (EC$20 in advance) and drinks are at party rates. Every Friday and Saturday night starting fro m 1st February there will be specials on El Dorado 8 Year old rum and Tsingtao beer. Anyone buying a glass of 8 year old rum will get the chance to win a bottle by the end of the night.
