Antigua-based, professional photographer Jason Pickering is fully prepared for both the Classic Yacht Regatta and Antigua Sailing Week, that are just about to start right here in the place he now considers home.  Cameras at the ready and with new 14 ft hard boat with central driving console serviced and cleaned for extra speed and reach on the water, he is anxiously weather watching and waiting for the racing to begin.  Jason's passion for yachting action photography is evident, and you can sense the adrenalin and fun through his images - especially as he nips under the bow of yachts racing towards him. Jason will be out covering each days racing and showing the days photographs in his studio gallery in English Harbour each evening. At the end of each race series he will be sending out examples of his images - please email any specific image requests to kirsti@jasonpickering.com. We also produce a compilation photo-CD for racers to take home as a unique souvenir of this year's action.
