CONGRATULATIONS TO DANIEL BAILEY, 100 METRES SILVER MEDALLIST

In the 21st Central American and Caribbean Games yesterday, His Excellency Daniel Bailey brought home a silver medal in the 100 metre sprint just .01 of a second behind the gold medalist.

Congratulations Ambassador Bailey from the Government and People of Antigua and Barbuda!
