THE ANTIGUA & BARBUDA OLYMPIC ASSOCIATION APPOINTS NEW SECRETARY GENERAL

The Antigua and Barbuda Olympic Association announces the appointment of Mr. Cliff L. Williams to the position of Secretary General effective July 12th, 2010.

Mr. Williams was selected from a field of eight (8) applicants and brings to the position several years of experience in Sports Administration and a background in Private Sector Management.
Mr Williams is President of the Antigua and Barbuda Cycling Association and replaces Mr. LeRoy N. Ashton Williams who served the NOC for more than two (2) decades as its Secretary General. LeRoy Williams retired at the end of 2009

Cliff Williams’s tenure as Secretary General will run through 2013.
