DESIGN
Marketing materials which include striking and inspiring graphics are fundamental to the success of any enterprise. At the same time, developing these creative tools on a manageable budget within a defined timeframe is also critical.
My experience working within a large, London-based advertising agency as well as running a small local design studio has taught me never to sacrifice one to the detriment of the other.
ART
After nineteen years in the Caribbean and a childhood growing up on the sea in Greece, I am still inspired by the local island boats and the Classic boats that I see and sail. My Watercolours reflect my love of life on the water.
I have been making custom clocks since 1985, all painted in island-inspired colours, using instead of numbers - items that reflect the clocks environment; shells, paint tubes and driftwood.
I have exhibited at Harmony Hall, Antigua for the past eleven years, my photographs are available as limited editions prints on canvas. Available for photography commissions including portraits.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Whilst shape, colour & light play an important part in my photography, the essence of my art lies in timing and communication with the subject. I am inspired to photograph almost everything I see and I believe that one's own attitude and perspective brings a freshness and vitality to any composition.
CONSULTANCY
Fast growing companies tend to lack someone who can focus exclusively on what they may need most: running the office with an assiduous eye on managing productivity.
The operational element of this could include implementing standardised procedures or integrated IT platforms. There is, however, an important political component to this, (developing companies can inadvertently make strenuous demands on staff to adapt, compelling them to change their habits as well as their processes). I have specialised in bringing insight to the design of new procedures, sensitivity to their implementation & an ability to communicate such that staff are both informed & motivated.
I have achieved significant results within a short period of time by blending a focused, results-orientated style with structured organisational sensibility.
Fit-Out & Relocation - Management of £1m project to move an established private equity firm into new 762m2 offices in London.
