Seven years of collecting recipes and exposing the Antigua & Barbuda culinary industry has finally paid off with tablemanners - a beautiful photographic cookbook and guide. This retrospective culinary read charts the development of the industry, the characters behind the scenes and related events which go towards highlighting the importance of the culinary industry to the economy of Antigua & Barbuda.
