Guests enjoying the masquerade party at Sandals Grande Antigua Resort & Spa’s Reunion Week.
It was an extraordinary REUNION WEEK (April 1-5) at Sandals Grande Antigua Resort & Spa with activities to wet the appetite of the 280 guests. They came from near and far to partake in a wide range of events including a beach bash, a delicious chocolate buffet, pool Olympics, a nature walk, a Gala Masquerade Cocktail and Dinner and a Dancing Under the Stars White Party. “This is an opportunity for us to give back to our Sandals Select Guests who come here year after year and our dedicated team members always go the extra mile to ensure that they go home with memories that will last them a lifetime,” commented an elated General Manager, Gerald Christ.

Participants were especially impressed with the masquerade ball and they dawned their masks and elegant attire as they grooved to the sounds of Lavisconte Brass. The culmination was an old school jam affectionately known as the Zinc Shack Retro Party on Friday, April 5 and couples got into character. From Ozzie and Harriet to Sonny and Scher, Reunion Week couples vyed for the Most Creative Retro Attire Crown
The exclusive Sandals Select Program, formerly known as the Sandals Signature Program began in 2001 and it enables guests to receive discounted rates when they book their next vacation while they are still on the property. With every booking, guests are given points and after a certain number of paid nights or stays, rewards are earned. These include silver pendants, gold pendants and a complimentary 7 night vacation at the Sandals resort of their choice.
“We are thrilled that we are able to celebrate this momentous event with our guests because their loyalty to Sandals is invaluable and we realize that although they can go on vacation anywhere in the world, they continue to return to our beautiful resort,” said Loyalty Manager Karen Blucher. Reunion Week has been happening at Sandals Grande Antigua for the past two decades and every year, it gets bigger and better.
