SANDALS UNVEILS MORE QUALITY INCLUSIONS ON THE PLANET
Tuesday 28th June 2011

In an effort to create even greater synergies between the market place and the destination, Sandals Resorts recently unveiled various marketing initiatives to its employees.
The event, which took place at Sandals Grande St. Lucian, was attended by management and line employees from St. Lucia and Antigua, the company's Eastern Caribbean region. At a gala dinner last week, Chairman of Sandals, Gordon "Butch" Stewart told hundreds of his employees that they are very vital to the success of the organizations which have become known all over the world for providing quality vacation experiences.

“When a customer comes to your resort you just make sure that they get more than they can ever imagine. Make sure they get great value for money. You just make sure that happens,” encourages the Sandals Chairman.

On the part of his son Adam Stewart, there is no other all-inclusive resort that offers more quality inclusions than Sandals Resorts, which is currently celebrating thirty years in the tourism business. Stewart told almost 500 employees in attendance that the global tourism travel community has attested to his claim by voting Sandals for the last 17 years as the leading all-inclusive company in the world.

“When someone books a Sandals vacation, they are sure of a number of things. They can be assured that they will get the best available suites with immaculate ocean views, best quality food, best diving and watersports and a whole lot more,” Adam Stewart remarked.

During the Sandals Grande St. Lucian event, Grande Pineapple’s General Manager, Courtney Miller says that Antigua is very lucky to have a company like Sandals investing so heavily in its tourism product. “When Sandals is advertised in major television networks all over the world Antigua is also promoted. And the brand is better known than the destination in a lot of countries so with Sandals being on island does bring a lot of value to its profile and its visibility,” Miller explains.

The company which operates Sandals Grande Antigua and Grande Pineapple here is one of Antigua’s leading employers with over seven hundred employees.
