The Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation in collaboration with ABHTI have developed a certification course for persons in the hospitality industry. Eligible applicants must be 16 years or older; Interested in working or already working in the hospitality industry and demonstrate a genuine interest in promoting service excellence.
The three components of the course are:
• Introduction to the Hospitality Industry
• Know My Island
• Quality Customer Care
Begins October, 1st 2013
Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm - 8:30pm
Cost: $100
Register today - Visit ABHTI located at Hospitality Drive, Dutchman's Bay in Coolidge.
*** This course is a legal requirement for all persons interested in obtaining a public service driver’s license.
