OBSERVER RADIO JUNIOR CABINET & ABWREC COLLABORATED ON BEACH CLEAN UP

The Observer Radio Junior Cabinet in collaboration with the Antigua & Barbuda Waste Recycling Corporation (ABWREC) held its first in a series of community services. On Sunday 13th June with 13th members of the Junior Cabinet along along with recyclers and the manager of ABWREC cleaned both Ffreyes and little Ffreyes.
A part of being part of the clean up team ABWREC provided transportation and donated plastics gloves and bags for this exercise. The amount of recyclables collected estimated 30lbs while garbage estimated 80lbs. The Recycling Facility is very pleased with synergies of this nature and anticipates or welcomes more of these types of partnerships in the future.
