Whether it is seafood paella, broiled whole fish, curried shrimp, or curried conch, Nicole has a variety of special Caribbean cooking classes, all requiring fresh fish and in-season fruits and vegetables. The type of seafood on any given day depends upon availability.
Cocktails: Nicole's Old Fashioned Rum Punch
Appetizers: Green Plantain Chips and Coconut Crisps and Spicey Buffalo Shrimp with Garlic Aioli.
Main: Grilled Mahi Mahi with Pineapple Salsa, Rainbow Salad & Basmati Rice.
Dessert: Butter Rum Cake.
Variations can occur based on the availability of certain ingredients (and allergies). Soft juices and water are included.
