This is a very prestigious event, which is going to see eleven nations vying for the different Caribbean titles. These uniforms are going to make the team and the country proud and look presentable and smart,” said Baxter, Executive Chef at Galley Bay.

“It is a great for the region and it is great for Antigua & Barbuda. We are trying to send a team every year and it is a very important part of getting exposure and recognition for the chefs.”
The donation entails two sets of jacket for working and presentation of awards, aprons and hats. Logos of Antigua and Barbuda, the AHTA and the  national team’s sponsors have also be embroidered onto the jackets.
