There is a small cottage in the garden. This is accessed out of the main living room via a pathway leads up to a private guest bedroom. This cottage has been used as a rental cottage with success because Tree Tops is within walking distance and so attractive to visiting yachtsmen.
 
The house has its own enormous cistern to ensure water is always in supply, solar water heating, a generator, and all mains utilities including access to the Internet.
 
With a half an acre plot, there is room for further development or guest cottages. The property is located in an area of other fine homes. The property comes fully furnished with some of the antiques and personal effects excluded.
